because now i got job and waiting for my visa after going there i am planning to pay all my debts.

In India who knows you are a defaulter to credit card or for any other thing. If any body wants to avoid visa to you, then they have to take the court order and take the your passport from you. This is the only way. As long as the passport is with you, think that you are a free bird.
